1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CommerceOS ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial and paid plan subscribers.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Service Description
CommerceOS provides AI-powered e-commerce tools including product image generation, video creation, copywriting, SEO optimization, and multi-platform publishing. Features and limitations vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Free plans are subject to usage limits stated on our pricing page.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you upload and the AI-generated outputs produced for your account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
6. AI-Generated Content
CommerceOS uses artificial intelligence to generate images, videos, and text. While we strive for high quality, AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the uniqueness or marketability of AI-generated materials.
7. Marketplace Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings comply with the policies of each marketplace you publish to (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, etc.). CommerceOS does not guarantee marketplace approval or sales performance.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: create counterfeit or fraudulent products, infringe intellectual property rights, generate prohibited content, violate marketplace policies, or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
CommerceOS is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong. Last updated: July 2026.
