Your data powers the AI features you rely on — product image generation, copywriting, and marketplace automation. We also use data to improve our services, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security. We never sell your personal data.
3. AI & Machine Learning
CommerceOS uses your product data and marketplace performance metrics to train and improve our AI models. All training data is anonymized and aggregated. You retain full ownership of your content and can opt out of model training at any time.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with regular security audits. Marketplace API tokens are stored in secure vaults and never logged.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We share data with marketplace platforms only when you authorize a connection (e.g., publishing to Amazon or Shopify). We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
